time tictocking

wilted flowers,
grey-sky showers,
waste away the brooding hours

opaque dreams,
silent screams,
sleepless nights split time's seams

friendless days,
forgotten ways,
lonesome memories all that stays

immobile motions,
somnolent notions,
set adrift on life's oceans

heart frozen,
love unchosen,
emotions build, no explosion

inert reasons,
mental lesions,
lost inside year-long seasons

epic enigma,
life's insignia,
live alone marks with stigma

fate's knocking,
destiny's rocking,
eternity waits, time tictocking

Winter's Way Snow swirls and settles softly, down. Frozen ponds and pine trees are painted white. Winter wind whirls, swirls and twirls in circles, up and down, in and out.
